Pinnacle resorts has 3 towers - Signature by Pinnacle 180, Chic by Pinnacle 179 (Adults Only) and Residences by Pinnacle 220. All resorts are up 1 block/a small hill from the center of the Romantic Zone, but are tucked away on quieter street. Signature by Pinnacle 180 was our personal favorite due to size of the rooms and the unobstructed views of the ocean, but Pinacle 179 and 220 had rooftop bars/pools that were insane (whereas 220 has their pool on the entry floor)! These hotels/managed rental residences are high quality with plenty of space - Our #1 recommendation.

This hotel is in the heart of the Romantic Zone and right between the beach and the main tourist street. It's a nice option, a little dated, but makes up for it by being moderately priced. When booking this hotel, make sure you select a room that is in Playa Los Arcos and not any of the 'sister hotels' such as Los Arcos Suites if you want to be in the 'main section' of the hotel (aka right on the Beach).

Hyatt Ziva is an all inclusive resort option just down the road after you pass Casa Karma. If you're looking to have everything at your fingertips without having to worry about going anywhere, this is your best bet. It's family friendly, theres 4+ pools, 3+ restaurants, a large private beach (public, but no access to it besides through the gated resort or by boat). When we visited this hotel, we had multiple whales breaching and putting on a show for the whole resort to see. And yes - it will be peak whale season while we're here in December!

This hotel is up the hill from Casa Karma in the Conchas Chinas neighborhood and is a high end option. The view from the hotel is insane and the tranquility + jungle foliage makes it feel like you're far from downtown PV, despite being less than a 5 minute uber from Casa Karma and less than a 10 minute uber from the Romantic Zone. Picture's do not do the hotel justice. However, since it's up the hill, theres not many walkable amenities besides what's offered in the hotel. If you're looking for peace and quiet option in between the celebrations, we'd recommend this for you. This hotel will have limited availability since there is also a wedding thats already booked out 50% of the capacity the same weekend.
